In 2015 “Donbas Ceramic Bodies” LLC developed and implemented into production an output of technological mixtures, in particular, heat-insulating plaster for industrial use.
The producible material does not contain harmful and dangerous components for health and environment (asbestos, polymers, complex alcohols and esters). Plaster has high heat-insulating properties, good adhesion, rather high plasticity and strength in dry state. Cost-effectiveness is achieved owing to the use of two-component compositions.
The plaster has been tested at a number of industrial facilities in Ukraine (winterization of the heat engineering equipment: boilers, steam pipeline, etc.) and can be applied in civil engineering as a plaster for the heat insulation of buildings’ facades. Our plaster by the combination of properties surpasses the present analogues at the Ukrainian market.
